Our programs are all taught in US English. We also speak Italian, if needed.

We at Toscana Saporita take care of all those who have dietary restriction. We welcome vegetarians, gluten free, lactose intolerants, peascatarians and vegans. Please inquire with us.

We offer hands on cooking classes and we make sure both beginners and professionals feel in the right place with the right people.
Our mantra is that cooking should be embracing and not intimidating. With that being said, whoever walks through our doors, leaves with a mountain of recipes and cooking skills. You come as yourself and you leave as a Tuscan cook.

We only run 6 months a year for a simple reason: we chose the best months! end of

• April, May and June are glorious months here in Tuscany where produce are abundand and the varieties are incredible. 
• September and October are warm and beautiful. The days are still long and we normally eat outside all the time, day and night.
• Beginning of November is normally cooler and the days are shorter. It is the perfect tiem for us to teach soups and heavy Winter dishes.

July and August are seriously hot and uncomfortable months and that is why we do not run classes.

The age varies from 20 to 70. We have to say that working with mature people is a a real enrichment and a bonus for all those who attend our programs.
The enthusiasm of all is touchable. Our groups are normally a mix of couples, singles, very young people, older… perfection in a few words!

Only if you are planning other tours or simply because you are not participating in the classes.
Many spouses are non cooks and like to explore the area on their own while their spouse is taking the classes. We offer transfer to and from Pisa the day of your arrival and departure and we take you on tour every day.
