More than 30 years of Italian passion and tradition
My cousin Anne and I had a dream to open a cooking school in Tuscany, our family’s ancestral home, at a time when few Italian cooking schools were known in the US.
Fueled by our passion for Tuscan traditions, we embarked on this ambitious journey after publishing cookbooks and appearing in major US publications.
Though Anne passed away in 2001, her spirit and passion continue to inspire our work.
