Toscana Saporita was founded in 1994 by Anne Bianchi and Sandra Rosy Lotti. The school welcomes students from all over the world. Our students encompass every level from culinary beginners to accomplished chefs who come to study the unique nature of Tuscan Cuisine.
The school is located by the Lake Massaciuccoli, province of Lucca, it occupies the ground floor of a countryhouse that dates back to the 1700, where also Giacomo Puccini, the famous composer and Maestro, lived for a while. He was a true food lover, fisherman and hunter. It was easy for him to fall in love with this beautiful location to the point that he then bought a house on the other side of the Lake, Torre del Lago Puccini. The villa is a typical Tuscan countryhouse that has maintained the original charm.
