If you decide to choose our Week of Excellence – Italian Food Cooking Class, be ready for a week of excellence where your will explore Tuscany and Emilia Romagna and their most famous treasures: Wine, Cheese, Prosciutto, Truffles and Balsamic vinegar, not to mention some of the most beautiful and ancient towns.
When I created this week, I literally put myself in your shoes: what do I want to bring back from this week? As much as possible! Italy has a lot to share and it is impossible to do so in just one week. For sure we selected some of the most important activities and lessons for you to treasure.
You arrive on Sunday and after a quick visit to Pisa and its famous Piazza dei Miracoli, you are welcomed with a traditional Tuscan lunch. The reminder of the day is yours to settle in, explore the estate, swim, or just relax while waiting for dinner to be served. This will be the only day where you can enjoy the estate and its surroundings, visit the archaeological site of Massaciuccoli, walk to the lake …or simply nap! From Monday through Friday you will be on a rollercoaster: cooking, kneading, eating, savoring, exploring, waking up early and having lots of fun
