Baking Course

Come join us and enjoy a 12 hours intense Baking Course and discover bakers’ best kept secrets. Work with a 60 year old starter, creating amazing breads, focaccia, pizza, brioche, croissants, puff pastry and more!

Our Baking Course runs every week starting from the week of April until the end of June and then again in September until the end of October, and can be taken alone (4 hours every afternoon) or in conjunction with the regular program (working in the morning AND baking in the afternoon).

Each student will make their own recipes from scratch and will be given ingredients and equipment in order to produce every item. Recipes will be provided at the end of the week.

Please inquire with us about availability.
