Baking Course 2024

Course Details​

Come join us and enjoy a 12 hours intense baking program and discover bakers’ best kept secrets.
Work with a 60 year old starter, creating amazing breads, focaccia, pizza, brioche, croissants, puff pastry and more!

The bread course runs every week starting from the week of April until the end of June and then again in September until the end of October, and can be taken alone (4 hours every afternoon) or in conjunction with the regular program (working in the morning AND baking in the afternoon).

Each student will make their own recipes from scratch and will be given ingredients and equipment in order to produce every item. Recipes will be provided at the end of the week.

Baker's techniques you will master

Breads, focaccia, pizza, puff pastry, rolls, baguette, doughnuts, breakfast quiches and pastries, brioche, croissants and generated recipes.

Schedule

Arrival on Monday morning. Lunch will be served at 1:15 PM. From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM hands on Lessons. At 7:30 PM Dinner.

Tuesday morning Breakfast. At 1:15 PM Lunch. From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Lessons. At 7:30 Dinner.

Wednesday morning Breakfast. At 1:15 Lunch From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Lessons. At 7:30 PM Dinner.
Those who prefer to leave on Friday morning and join us for the visit to San Gimignano, the Truffle hunt and the wine tasting at Teruzzi and Puthod can do so by adding $500 per person. This includes: Visit to San Gimignano, truffle hunt, wine tasting, dinner at the school, accommodation for Thursday night and breakfast on Friday morning. Please inquire about availability.
