Non-Cooking Guests
We welcome friends and spouses who would like to come without taking part in the cooking program.
Accommodation
Participants stay in the grounds of this 17th century villa where Giacomo Puccini, the famous opera composer, used to spend long periods hunting and fishing. ONE DAY CLASSES AVAILABLE, please inquire with us.

Other activities
Bicycles are available to all guests at no extra charge. Horse riding lessons are available for an additional fee as well as fly fishing lessons with Moreno Borriero www.mbrods.it, an amazing instructor!
